    Change routine since Ive started my 1st cycle?

    Been lifting for 6 years, but never with as. I used to do a five day routine.

    m-chest
    t-back
    w-legs
    th-shoulders
    f-arms

    switched to-
    m-chest,tri's
    t-legs
    w-off
    th-shoulders
    f-arms

    calves and abs are always eod.

    Any tips?

    Not sure what I was doing, typing one thing thinking the other, that is obsurd. Here is my work out as we speak.

    M-chest, tri's, abs
    T-Back, Bi's
    W-off
    Th-Shoulders, abs
    F-legs

    Now, that is correct. My bad.

    I wouldnt change it, I go
    m-chest
    t-back
    w-legs
    th-shoulders
    f-arms
    What i would do is do that 5 day routine then rest sat, then start the 5 day routine agian on sund...

    I'd even go as far as to switch the arms to thusday and shoulders on Fri....but everything else looks good
