    need some advise.. im a newbie

    Hi, i have been training for 3 months now... yeah its not much, hehe but i have made some gains =) not much but i can see the difference... before i started training ive never trained at a gym before.. and had almost no gym at school...
    the thing is that i want broad shoulders... what exercises is good ?
    and how much do you think i can gain ? im very small over my shoulders and i hate it! i hope someone can help me out.. and maybe in 5-6 years i can start with steroids =)

    First off how old are you bro?? Secondly, what's your current height and weight, and third what's your diet like? Were gonna need a bit more info before we can help.

    im 19 years old... 1.78cm high and 75kgs.. i think its because of my beer keg :P i quit drinking now....

    im gonna start my diet on monday
    here it is:

    breakfast: 07.00 in morning
    6 eggs ( just the white )
    200gr turkey chest i think its called
    50gr - 100gr oatmeal porridge i think its called
    fruit

    10.00 (morning)

    4 spoons peanutbutter
    2 slice of bread

    13.00 (day)

    230gr chicken
    2 slice of bread
    50gr avokado (fruit)

    15.00
    230gr cottage cheese light

    18.00
    protein shake

    19.00
    380gr meat
    230gr potato
    140gr broccoli

    21.00
    1 slice of bread
    2 spoons peanut butter




    i dont know if this diet is any good ?!?! i got it of a magasine ? what do you think ?

    I think the diet looks good....Dammit! The USA is the only one NOT using the metric system so try and convert that to pounds instead of kg and XfootXinches (for example I am 5foot 7inches and 180 pounds so it would look like 5'7 180lbs.) But what's your goal? Are you tryin to get massive, tone up, or just lose some weight? Different diets have different effects bro, find what works best for you. I can give you a bulking diet, and a cutting diet and I'm sure most of the other guys on here can as well.

    The questions you're asking are not simple. You need to begin some reading and sign up at a gym where you can find other people with similar goals in mind.
