    2x a day workout

    Hey guys, I'm starting a winter bulker in a few weeks. I've found time to workout twice a day so I'm thinking about a split like this. Each workout will be 15 sets rep range from 6-10. Think this looks good or over training... Note: I will be using anabolics.

    Sunday - Off

    Monday
    AM - Bis
    PM - Chest

    Tuesday
    AM - Calves/Forearms
    PM - Hammies/ Lowerback

    Wednesday
    AM - Delts
    PM - Off

    Thursday
    AM - Abs
    PM - Back

    Friday
    AM - Tris
    PM - Quads

    Saturday
    AM - Traps
    PM - Off

    wo.. looks good man.. damn I wish I had time to work-out twice a day.... they only problem I see is thursday-friday... quads after back isnt a good Idea IMO. other than that looks good... plenty of calories burnt.. so keep up the calories.

    I'd agree...why not try moving quads to Saturday to really fry them on their own day.

    And definitely eat everything you can...looks good bro
