    After Cardio

If I were to do my normal workout, then do about an hour or so of cardio after my weight lifting...what would I eat/drink after my cardio. Is it just like normal, pretend I didnt' even do the cardio, and just eat/drink the normal shake/supplements and then eat tuna, etc...

Or is there something more specific which is better to be taken right after cardio? Some sort of food or supplement?

    Thnx

after a workout a simple sugar does good - like a shot of honey or something. helps to release the insulin .
