on average, how long does it take to bounce back from the flu and get 100% strength back

sorry to hear you're sick bro...but i think it varies from person to person...i usually bounce back after a few days...but i know some people who get knocked out for a week or more...
rest up while you can and take care of yourself...should help recovery

just remember to rest. the more you rest the faster recovery you will have . Most people rush right back to the gym and they don't get to 100% as soon as they could have.

Rest rest rest...I just got over it and had to get anti-biotics. I was sick for a week and lost 14 pounds . Try to eat as well, otherwise you might drop weight. Good luck bro, just remember to drink plenty of fluids and rest alot, you'll be allright

Well ther are different strains of the flu and everyones immune system is different, so it all varies bro.
