    Recovery times w/ supplements?

I have been doing research on recovery times and the supplements. Most of the supplements I take say that they redice recovery time. I take a good creatine and protien. My protien levels are very high on my blood tests. I pound a muscle and then give it an entire week to recover. Now my quetsion is...with these supplements can I be working out that muscle twice a week instead of 1?

Depending on your age and the type of workouts you do working body parts twicew a week is a good thing. Only you wilk be a ble to gage if you are over-training. However twice per week is generally how you push yourself to grow bigger.

I lift hard and heavy doing reps of mainly 6-8. I eat well, and take in grips of protien along with creatine. Anyways, many people tell me to only lift a body part once a week, but I used to lift twice...i'm just not sure which is better. Some say you need a week and some say 2 days, so I mean whats the deal?

i have done both ways and have been lifting for 4 years now. for the first 3, i went 2 a week. my gains were as good as ****. So over the past year, i have made some heavy duty gains going 1x a week. i have asked that same ? many times and found that the only right answer is taht every body is different.
