hey bros, soory for asking this question probably been asked many of times but for reps and sets whats the right amount to be bulking up with and what are some bulking excersices for them. just been in a rut and cant seem to get out of it. thanks bro's

I switch it up all the time but when bulking I try to go as heavy as possible for a low amount of reps.

Probably the best way would be to use a periodized approach.

Higher reps and not so heavy to cut, and lower reps and heavy to bulk. If you wanna cut 10 reps is enough. If you want to bluk, you should be struggling on your 6th rep so now you have another 2 reps 2 push out screaming your lungs out. So 8 hard heavy reps to bulk.

I ussally do 5 sets of 5 with the heavyest weight I can.

stick with basic ex 6-8 reps for bulking.
