Is this overtraining???
I did Biceps and Triceps on Monday and i was planning on doing shoulders today. I only do one exercise which also works my triceps and that is shoulder press so would you say that im overtraining my Triceps if i do 4 set of shoulder presses?? My Triceps are still quite sore btw.

Personally i don't think so, because you do have 2 days in between. Others might disagree.

Ah...I do 12 sets and they're fine. I dont know

i dont think so......shoulder press uses triceps only slightly...bulk of exercise from shoulders....you will be fine man....
