    Cardio for muscle hardness?

    Does adding cardio such as boxing to your weight lifting regimen help or hurt muscle hardness? Let's say you were on a high protein, low carb, moderate fat diet.

    I always heard cardio makes your muscles turn soft but lately I've been hearing the cardio burns the fat which makes the muscles harder.
