Running 3 days a week
If I'm just getting back into working out (lifting,running, and boxing) Is 3 days a week running good enough? Keep in mind I am boxing 5 days a week, lifting 4 days a week, not to mention I'm just getting back into everything. I'm 23 years old 6' 200 lbs. with a stomach (excuse me a GUT). I really havent done anything in 3 years.
So is 3 days a week good enough? Is 2 days more practical for right now? Would 5 days be better? Not only do I want to get back into fighting shape I would REALLY like to lose my gut.
Please help.

Depends on what your boxing workout consists of.

3 days a week of cardio is more than enough.........one of the best cardio programs i have ever tried was out of bill phillips body for life book........if you have a chance, go pick it up, has a cardio section, lifting section, and complete diet guide in there.....best book i ever bought.
