    have any of you guys heard of the power factor training?

    theres a book out on this kind of trainin and from what iv heard is that u use very heavy weights but u only train the strongest part of your motion. so for example you wont being bringing bar right down to your chest when your doin bench or for squats u wont be goin 90 degrees only sumthing like 110-120. Just wondering if you guys have any idea if this works or is it just bogus? (i'll read the book on christmas break).

    wow wouldn't it make sense to work the weaker parts?
