Wow, HC, here I was, reay to give my usual, "DOn't treat it yourself, see a freakin' doctor" rap, then I read the rest of our post.

Reminds me of when, as a teenager, I was a camp counselor working with disabled kids. One day, we had a 12-year-old girl on the swings, pushing her forward as she cried, "Higher! Higher!" So we pushed harder, until she was flying high up in the air. And as she reached maximum height, she let go of the swing, flew a dozen or so feet foward, and landed flat on her ass.

We figured that she would scream in pain and start crying, but instead, she started laughing her ass off. For the average kid, it might have been traumatic, but she was not allowed to act normally at home, so this was an adventure for her.

So, if you truly love the notion that you puked after your leg workout today, I can only say that, in a strange way, I understand. And offer my warmest congratulations!

The one time that barfing is good

Been there, means you did it right! I used to have a garbage can in a stairwell next to the squat rack that I would fill with chunks occasionaly.I've since learned to let my heart rate slow a bit before hitting another set,so as to keep my lunch where it should be.I still have to lay down and elevate my feet above my head at times to avoid passing out,but I try to be discrete.Nobody understands, except for the hardcore people on this board.I salute you all!

    Talking Nice one!

Well done bro! I bet that trip home was a pleasant one eh?

I've been sick a few times - once I made it to the sink in the changing rooms and practically blasted the enamel from off it.

Do you guys find that after you've done a really hard quad session that sometimes your legs get so pumped that it literally becomes agony? After I've finished and am back in the changing room my quads just keep pumping up till they feel like they're going to explode!! Nothing I do (like stretching etc.) helps and I just have to ride it out...
