Help, Need routine and definitions
Hi, I am 26, 303 pounds about 29% bodyfat. I have been working out but need a regular routine.
I am currently lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 5 days.
Monday I do chest, Wednesday I do bi's and tri's and Fridays I do back and shoulders.
I need a 3 day lifting routine along with definitions on how to do things. I am new to this game so I dont have a clue.
Please help!

Try this out three days a week .you shoudl warm up first this is important or you will get hurt .After your warmed up do 1 working set to total failure .
BB Squat 1x15
Dead lift 1x15
BB Rows 1x12
BB bench 1x12
BB Press 1x12
BB curls 1x12 ......CDIZZLE

Obviously you dont want to Bulk up right now, so i will say this.
Keep all youre weight lifting useing lower weights doing about 15 reps with minimal resting between sets.
Keep doing Cardion 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes, and try and work in a light leg day.
Also I must say none of this working out will do a whole lot unless its properly combined with a good diet.
6 small meals a day everty 2-3 hours .
try and take away as much sugar products as you can from your diet.
