Thread: Strange Question...

I'm moving along quite nicely, training. I think I'm achieving a nice symmetry here, but I have one lagging body part. It's quite unusual, actually.
My hands are very skinny and girly. It pisses me off. My girlfriend says they're fine, but she's too wrapped up in my changing body to really judge my hands. They're skinny and scrawny and even gangly! Has anyone, here, experienced growth in teh hands?
Don't advise me to jerk-off either...I've tried that!
actually, I still do...

Get a tennis ball and give it a squeeze, or spend the money and get a forearm squeezer, the one with the spring! It will build the hands also, or get a stick and tie a rope to it and tie a weight to the other end, then with your arms in front of you roll the stick in your handstill the rope wraps around the stick and raises the weight to the top. that will burn them for sure.

There is not alot you can do but given time as you increase in body weight your hands will fill out...JMO

I'm scared, guys. I've put on 20lbs. of lean muscle and my hands (to me) look like vines. Thank god for the new veins or I'd really be in trouble.
Mallet, have you seen growth in hand girth from this?

Any type of squeezing should increase the strength of the hand as for the size I,m no sure but it is worth a go

Most of my hand size came from hard work(construction) but yes, I was training with these techniques to improve my forearm strength and a few of my friends comented on my hands appearing bigger, I didn't notice any change, but I see myself every day so I probably wouldn't notice.
It took about 3 months probably?

double your gear consumption and just wait for crazy edema to build up in your hands!JK

Encouraging. I guess it's time to add an extra body part into the mix.

Best way to build up your hands is hard work. I got beefy hands from working on cars . Any squeezing motion builds em up . My7 best hand work out is still a pair of pliers and a stuck bolt .

I work on cars too. That's why I'm seriously concerned. I think I just have shitty hand genetics.
