shoulder workout
Hey i read in the bulking thread that i should not exceed 10 sets for shoulders and keep the reps between 6-8. I was thinking about doing front military press, arnolds, and bent flys. Are these good exercises to do? I really want to emphasize the posterior delts.

I do 3 diffrent exercises for my shoulders, 4 sets of 6 to 8 except for my warm up, It's funny I have a bad shoulder and had back surgury a year ago so i have to baby certain parts that i exercise (Like Shoulders) and my shoulders are the best built part on my body. LOL
Also shrugs & Pullovers.

military and arnolds press are almost the same exercise... do the military..
try this for a good shoulder routine..
4 sets presses
4 sets lateral raises
4 sets bent-over raises
6-10 reps each set.

I do love my delts. Lat raises are fun.

I have NO Delts...I 've had too many shoulder injuries. I haven't worked them for almost 8 months. I'm mainly afraid I'll hurt my shoulder, but if someone can write me up a routine I'd greatly appreciate it.

i think one pressing exercise is enough for shoulders personally.....
i have been doing bent over lat raises first the last few workouts....omg...what a pump...like whiteykauai said its good to mix it up....

what are your thoughts on Hammer Strength shoulder press machine? you guys like it or not for mass? Or should I stick to the barbell/dumbbell presses?
-
just start VERY light, and ease into it...that is what I had to do.

I like to do rear delt lateral raise(lying on a 45 degree bench face down).....it hits my rear delts the best.

Lat raises are the best ! And presses :lift:
