Favorite day of the week
1 set wide chins
4 sets deadlift
5 sets bent over
5 sets close grip t-tbar
3 sets chest supported incline row
1 set wide chins
what pheedno said but add one arm db rows
dont like anything wide grip.
I have a question for bent wide grip rows: Do you guys use the machine (thing u lean on with ur chest and are at an incline) or do you guys use free weigh barbells?
Thanks for the help guys, I'm gonna try out some of these routines. :D .

Listen Brother you want lats ???Hit those things three times a week .I would only chose one lift and do 10 sets of 10 ...I found for width that front pull downs or BB pullovers ,Or wide grip chins work the best ... On your sets I wouldent go to failure stop short a rep or two ..By doing high volume work you will really be able to focus on width and you will be walking around with a huge pump in your lats like never before ..I truly beleive that form is king I would work on perfect form and get your sets in like that .Lats do not need huge weight to grow bro but perfect form ..If you cant get your Lats pumped then I would really look into why ..Anyways good luck CDOG
One more thing All kinds of Rows and Deads are great mass builders .However for width on the lats I would not chose deads for the simple fact these would build Thickness ..Now Im not saying by any means that these cant help with width but I surly would not chose them to get my lats to flare out like wings ...Peace CDOG
Thanks bro. My lats are pretty crappy, but they'll grow pretty well when I start workin them most likely. Thanks for the help everyone!!
I always warm up with chin ups, although i alternate whether they are wide grip or close grip, 3 to 4 sets every back work out.. THen i always do approximatly 20 sets for back...
id say go with the basics like close grip chins and T Bar Rows and bent over barbell rows 4 sets of 10-15reps
As it was stated above, one arm dumbell rows are a must for wide lats. They are a good way to extend your lats lower as well.
