    how mush weight u put when u do a full squat ( i mean ass to the floor)

    for me if i maxed out id be a little over 500, and for me going below parrallel is probably easier than parallel because i get much more of a stretch reflex

    About 700 without wearing any equipment. And I agree, deeper is easier. The lower you go, the more hamstrings you recruit.
