Thread: Recovery workout

Hey guys I had a motorcycle wreck in June and am just getting back into the gym. My last cycle of cypin and Deca endend then. When I start my next cycle should I still only do one body part a day or two. I am weak, weak, weak. Been six months since I have seen the inside of a gym. Started last week.
