Go for decline bench or weighted dips...
i agree 100% with this statement,..... even do dips with no weight if you cant do them with weight,... but dips are very good for lower chest ,.....and decline benches,...both db`s and with bar......... i even do a lower cable cross (fly).... i feel this in my lower chest aswell,... use the top pullies and cross arms down in front of your abs sorta........Quote:
