......help i've got the shakes..........
does anybody else when squatting shake? Often times when i squat heavy it is very difficult to go down with correct form and when going down my legs and hips will shake uncontrollably. I have no problems coming up and don't shake then but does anybody know why this happens and what can be done to help?

happens to me somtimes.... guess that just means your doing more weight that you can handle....... and thats how you grow! hehe hoped this helped... bump for more responses
