Thread: Chest questions.....

Any body got any good exercieses that i could add to my routine to max my chest gains???? I use all dumbells do inclined flat and some times declined....then i got to cable crossovers (top and bottom) then its either flat or inclined flys with the cables...here are some pics.....Comments welcomed...

i go heavy and shoot for no more than 5-6reps on the non-warmup sets.. if i get 7 or more i'll bump up the weight. it's been working really well.

i would say do your flat benching with a barbell and stick to the dumbells for inclines. barbel works the best for gaining mass in my chest and im sure many will tell you the same.
