is it ok to work out the same body part in the AM than again in the PM.some days i cant make to the gym because of work and so i have gone back latter in the day just in case i cant make it the next day.

i dont feel it is a wise choice to work the same body part 2 times in the same day,.....if you are not going to make it to the gym the next day because of work,.. what does that have to do with the same body part 2 times in a day ,..wouldnt you just work the body part that is for the next day,that you would be missing?.... you can do two workouts in one day, but work two different parts,...... but once again, i think it isnt wise to do the same part both times you go,.......

I wont work a single muscle group more than twice a week! Remember you dont grow in the gym you grow when you resting.
