    Bicep question

    What are the best exercises to bring out bicep peak?

    Try incline dumbell curls. Keep in mind that bicep peaks are mainly due to genetics. Some people never get them.

    Ha, yeah, I've discovered that. I have a long head, but a small peak compared to my arm size. **** genetics...

    on dumbell curls turn your wrist out on the way up...

    Preacher curls
    Concentration Curls
    All cable type curls

    But like the others said genetics play a big part but that doesn't mean you can't change it.

    Seated concentration curls do the trick for me. Twisting your wrist during most exercises for biceps is good practice.
