I have heard two schools of thought on abs. One is that unlike other muscle groups you can work out abs every day. The second is that abs are just like other muscle groups and you should not work on abs more than or 3 times a week. Which is correct?

IMO it depends on the person........I can not hit abs everyday.......it is overtraining for me.....I do them 3 days a wk.......one day high reps/low resistance, one day medium reps/medium resistance, and one day low reps/high resistance....that seems to be best for me.
