Muscle Matrix
I read about this awhile back and had almost forgot about it......added it to my quad workout tonight and remembered why I liked it so much.
It goes like this:
U will do a set for 20 reps total........5 full reps, 5 lower half reps, 5 upper half reps, 5 full reps = 20 reps.......that's one set......only do about 2-3 sets for larger muscle groups and 1-2 sets for smaller muscle groups....it works well on most exercises.

ya.. but I think it'd be HARD on sld's... not a lot of range of motion there.. do it on laying and seated..

Hey bigol' have u tried the way they did hams on the Platz vidio.......the one where costa pushed down on Platz feet and Platz lifted his body up off the bench, trying to keep his hams flexed.

faulire drop sets on squats will keep ya sore for awhile.. trust me

I don't like to work a muscle group if it's stilll sore........but u know your body well enough.....if it ain't that bad then I would say bust them up........maybe just not as hard as last week.......but still intense.
