to much?
does anyone read flex mag.? i saw this workout that is a six day one one day off and i was wondering if it was lagit. its called the RONNIE COLEMAN SIX DAY IN HELL WORK OUT.
DAY 1: back, shoulders, and bi's
DAY 2: legs
DAY 3: chest, and tri's
DAY 4: same as day 1
DAY 5: same as day 2
DAY 6: same as day 3
it says to go for six weeks take a week off and go for six more. do you all think that this is ok? what if i went three days on, one day off, three on, one off through 10-12 weeks? this website is the best and thank you all for the help. REX

It would be fine for him as he takes so much AS he will recover quicker.Plus he would go light on a lot of those days...JMO...

I dont like the thought of taking a week off. Id go with the three on 1 off deal. maybe split your workout like this
day1 chest
day2 legs
day3 back
day4 off
day5 arms
day6 shoulders
day7 off
repeat

i have been using ronnie's routine and frankly i gained almost 30lb in 1 year on it . i kept thinking i will overtrain but all my lifts have gone up , my arms ,back, chest ,legs are all inches bigger , yet i'm still natural , soooo am i overtraining ??????? i think not.
its hard for the 1st and 2nd week than the body gets used to it, just keep protein at 2gr/lb ,sleep well , and adjust carbs according to energy levels.everyone is defferent but you will never know until you try it.

Sounds tough for a natural bodybuilder like myself, but it worked for mando.

If you try it out, let us know how it works. And good luck with the gains.

i guess it all depends on how many exercises/sets your doing, though i still think thats too much imo.
