    help w/ bad schedule!

    i am currently lifting 3x a week, at 6:30am. lifting in the morning is the only way for me due to massive work schedule.

    whats the best way to do cardio w/ this schedule? 3x a week on off days in the morning/empty stomach? low intensity, high intensity; for how long? and what method works best (i.e.- running, bike, elliptical, treadmill, jujmprope, etc)?

    Bro what are you looking to accomplish.. Training for be lean/or bulk..

    If your main goal is to lean out, try starting your morning routine with some cardio on an empty stomach three days a week. Bring a good carb/protein shake with you to the gym. Drink half when your done with cardio and sip the rest while you hit the weights. Don't go crazy with the weights. Just do a few sets for intended body parts. That's the best I can think of with your crazy schedule.
