    Talking shoulder fixed!

About a month ago I posted I hurt my shoulder during benching. I just wanted to say thanks to all the guys who told me to get off my ass and go see a doc. Good news is no tears. My stabilizer muscles got hammered and after 4 visits, the doc massaged them out. What a difference in such a short time. He is truly amazing with his technique and if anyone has a shoulder injury on Long Island, I would highly recommend him (Dr. Castro in Commack).

Fullback, with all the heavy flat benching I was doing (3 days a week), my stablizer muscles were getting hammered. And because I wasnt training them, they finally said no more. They hurt like a mother and I really thought I tore something. But after looking at me for 2 minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was.

Good for you Core!!!.....I truly believe that a shoulder injury can spell disaster in the gym faster than almost any other type of injury. I had to have my RT shoulder reconstructed almost 2 years ago now, I was very lucky though in that my rotator cuff was not totally shot. Cant say I've ever tried anything like that for a rotator cuff
