pull up/push ?????
I do 25 push-ups every morning and 25 and night and 20 pull-ups sometime in the day. Was told I should do this every three days and up the reps and stop working the group ED. ( this is in addition to my normal WO) Any advice?

Um, well if Big Bubba the hairy guy from your local porn shop is standing behind you and your pants are down then I recommend you pull. If you are standing behind him in the same situation........I recommend you push.
