Is there a reason why you only want to work out two days a week?

I don't think that is a good idea, u'd be better off training:

    day 1 chest/tri's
    day 2 back/bi's
    day 3 legs
    day 4 shoulders/traps
day 5 arms/abs/cardio if you have anything left over
    day 6 off
    day 7 off

Thats my workout, i alternate days off, cause some days i need more energy then others...

depending on your goals, you can fit different things in wherever necesary... Some body parts are larger then others and need more time to recover... Everyone is differnt, but thats a good place to start...

actually sorry, misread your post...i would hit one bodypart per day...this way your body can recover, rather then hitting each bodypart twice a week...

No offence but i dont like your routine at all. it sounds like over training. i would Only work one bodypart per week and IMO you will see better results.

i am in the Gym 4 days a week somtimes 5, but the 5th day is always cardio and abbs if i do it.

I usually go 2 days on 1 day off, but i will switch my routine around alot to keep my muscles thinking constantly.

Working each muscle as frequently as possible is a good idea, but if you don't watch the volume you will end up overtraining.

i believe every routine works different for everyone, this routine might be perfect for you but sux for someone else, you might over train who knows, the pros say you need to try different approches, because everyone is different. Just make sure your maintaining proper sleep, eating the right food, and taking the right vitamins and minerals, and mayber this routine will be okay for u
