need help with arm routine
first of all thanks for all the info so far...I am growing pretty well in my shoulders, chest, back and legs but my arms suck bad..any info on a good arm routine both biceps and tri's will be greatly appreciated

I like to do supersets with a bicep exercise followed immediately with a tricep exercise. I will do 3-4 sets and then continue with two different exercises. I will usually do 3 or 4 different exercises for each muscle group.
