Workout Schedule
Hi,
My husband is looking for a good workout. He is 27 yrs old, 6', 195lbs. He wants a better physique and not bulk. He wants to work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Could someone help me out and let me know what he should be doing?

How long has he worked out?

He hasn't worked out for about 3yrs, so basically he starting out fresh.

Ok may i then suggest he starts slow for a month or two so his joints gets used to it again. 3 days a week and maybe 2-3 days of cardio.
I cant really give a schedule since i dont know what works for him.

It sounds like he may want to try the "body for life"
its a good starting point workout and a very good fit/lean down diet.
