    exercise order question

during your workouts is it better to jump from exercise to exercise or is it better to finish out an exercise and then move on to next?

anyone got a link to a discussion or study about Rest periods inbtween sets?

Supersetting definitely beneficial for larger bodyparts (chest, back, etc.) Smaller body parts not so much, you definitely burn out as decadbal said, but thats just me.
