    Is This Too Excessive??????

Hey guys, I'm fixin to go on a cutting diet and I like to throw some swimming in with my cardio to get an all around workout. My first question is:

#1) I'm not totally concerned about putting on muscle, or maybe necessarily keeping any I have, I just want to SLIM up and trim up fat, so if I just workout with weights maybe once a week be ok ALONG WITH the hour or more of cardio I do a day? Like I said, I'm not really concerned with building muscle, just losing fat.

#2) Is it ok to throw in 20-30 min of swimming in with my 20-30 min of cardio on the treadmill? I was thinking the swimming will be a different type of cardio for my body. I love to hit the pool and swim after I have been on the treadmill for a while. But then again, I dont want to overdue it????

Well there's my 2 biggest questions! Thanks bro's!!

swimming i think should be enough for you. Considering swimming hits every single muscle in your body. But you can do a treadmill for a substitute when you cant swim

I think that routine is fine, since your only concerned about cardio.
