    Low volume training for biceps?

I have read a lot about low volume training for biceps. Consisting of only about 6 sets. I have been doing this now for a while and it has gotten to a point where I feel no soreness from it? Could my muscles have adapted to the workout, or is the juice to not allowing soreness?

Most likely...change it up, you have to keep shocking your muscles... either go heavier, or change exercises

What ever training regime you choose, as long as you are adding weight to your exercises... What else do you have in mind?

Good response, back training also uses your biceps as well.

If your doing back/bis then it might not be low volumn........but if ya doing bis on a separate day then 6 working sets can be low volumn.

i disagree, you're still using your biceps on back period even if its on a seperate day; that makes you train your biceps twice in a week

for the genetic inferior (like me), two or three heavy sets for biceps like the barbell curl, incline curls, hammer curls, etc are plenty when coupled with heavy back work
