    I have a question.

    I have a stupid question. I read flex and they talk about COMPOUND MOVEMENT what is a compound movement? Thanks for the info.

    compound movement means that you use more than one muscle group to do the exercise, actually a better way to describe it is if more than one joint is involved, like a bench press involves the shoulder, tricep and chest, with the shoulder and elbow involved, a chest fly is considered an isolation movement with only the shoulder joint moving the weight, but the shoulder muscle comes into play, btw, don't waste your money on am bb magazines, you can learn 10X as much info here without being bombarded with all the bull**** ads that determine what articles are written
