Yep another one...Routine suggestions? lol
Okay...I can lift 5 days out of the week now..Heres my plan.
Monday : Chest/triceps
Tuesday: Biceps/back
Wednesday: Abs
Thursday: Legs (bump for big 'ol)
Friday: Shoulders.

I would suggest since ya can lift 5 days a wk..........by all means do so.
I like this split for a 5 days a week:
Chest - mon
Back/traps - tues
delts - wed
quads/hams/calves - thur
bis/tris/forearms - fri
U can do abs 2-3 x per wk.......pick your day(s)
This is very close to my workout routine for one wk.

I would make it more like what bornbad71 suggested or do chest/back on the same day and bi's and tri's together.

Id say do abs everyday since that is a most healable muscle of the body so you can blast it everyday before a workout as a warm up i guess

I would go
Mon-Chest
Tues-back traps
weds- legs
thurs- shoulders
fri- bis tris...
U can throw abs in during ur other work outs...

Thanks for the suggestions guys...I'm gonna train them like three times a week rather then once.
