    Better my back.

    I am a hardgainer on my back. I pretty well built every where else but it looks like I have a fat back you know it is just start up and down. I was woundering wat you guys do for back and if you see a good gains. Thanks.

    deadlift, pullups, bentover row, if your back isn't growing it's probably because you don't work it intensely enough

    I agree with deadlifts, pullups, and bent over rows......they work great for my back.....make sure your using proper form.......if ya don't fill these exercises in your back then chances are form is off.

    deadlifts should be your core for back days

    proper form also doesn't mean puss out on the weight. Use the heaviest weight you can handle at a controlled pace and keep your reps low.

    i hurt my back deadlifting several months ago, and i know many people who have hurt their backs deadlifting...i don't wanna do it again

    so what do you think would be best used in place of deadlifts for the back?

    bent over rows with either barbell or dumbells but like darkseid said dont puss out on weight
