suggestions on superset routines for bi´s?
i want to make my arms look bigger and i´ve heard that supersets for arms work great. i just dont know what excersises work best together on a superset for bi´s and for tri´s, any suggestions?

One superset routine I really like for just biceps is standing barbell curls with reverse grip E-Z bar concentration curls. This really pounds my biceps. If you want to do a bi/tri superset, try alternating dumbell curls for biceps and tricep pressdowns or french press for triceps. Good luck.
