    Anyone use a heartrate monitor?

    Just wondering if anyone uses a heartrate monitor when they workout or do cardio...just to see how your body is reacting...I have been thinking of getting one that is built into a watch....if anyone has/is using one, let me know what you think of it....im considering one of the nike ones right now, but im not sure about having to wear the chest strap, i would like one thats just a watch...if they make one.

    You need to get a polar....Anything else is junk. Get the a5 70 bucks on ebay 99 bucks at sports authority or m61 if you can afford a 150.00 dollars
