    please help!!!what else do i need?

    so football season has come to an end, and i am switching schools. now i have a goal of getting bigger and faster b4 season starts. i weigh 184 (@ 5'9") and i want to weigh 200 and still run the same 40 time by the begining of season. so i figured if i can get to 190- 195 solid (naturally) by the end of february that will give me enough time from then to august to gain 10 pounds (unnaturally) and REALLY concentrate on my speed while im at it. now my ? is what other supplements should i take to get to my "end of feb." goal? i am taking enough protein, should i take nethingelse? i am changing my workout routine to something i found on here:
    day 1 chest/tri's
    day 2 back/bi's
    day 3 legs
    day 4 shoulders/traps
    day 5 arms/abs/cardio if you have anything left over
    day 6 off
    day 7 off
    my old workout was:
    upper body (one day)
    lower body (next day)
    rest (no weights but lots of cardio)
    i am eating VERY CLEAN not tooo many calories.
    now i have done one cycle in the past test only for 8weeks.

    My brother, i like the workout...its time to bulk up buddy!!!!!!!!!!! Keep on supplementing protein, run some cell tech or creatine if you want too... Eat your fuking ass off... Eat clean though...

    redmeat
    tuna
    turkey
    lowfat milk
    pasta
    sweet potatos
    chicken
    rice

    Eat and keep eating every 2-3 hours, I like the workout, looks alot like mine... eat and rest, and you will grow!!!!!!!

    monster you like the workout? thats probably cuz i stole it from you!(thanx) yeah i am eating clean, i eat about 5-7 chicken breasts a day(f u c k i love those things) w/ a variety of vegetables, tuna sandwiches, and plenty of protein. i just dont want to eat tooo much because i did this last yr and went up to 205 but VERY fat. and i dont want ne of that this yr.
