    Leg problem areas

Well, I'm finally getting to the point I can start focusing on certain parts that are underdeveloped, and achieve better symetry. Anyways I need to start focusing on the outer quads and the short head of my calves. My quads have good hieght, but I'm lacking in width. Pretty much the same thing w/ my calves. I never really had much success with my calves until I tried working them on the hip sled and it's worked wonders. Any help would be great. THanks.

outer quads = feet close or together on almost all exercises.

also do lunges for a good pump on your inner quad and that will also give the illusion of more width.
