Probably squats. You can try alternating between leg press and front squats to isolate the quads over the glutes.
Unless your ass is like J-Lo's, don't worry. When you cut down, you will be amazed how much smaller it gets. I used to think my butt was too big, but when I cut down, I thought it was too small! Now I am doint deep squats and lunges to get them butt muscles growin'.
i have the same "problem". Think it has something to do with my butt cheeks being my injection site all the time?
