big butt muscles
its been 2 years i am doing squats and deadlifts like a crazy and i am realazing that my butt is very big now its very embarassing and bf is normal its 15% it is muscle do u think the squat is the problem or the deadlift??

Probably squats. You can try alternating between leg press and front squats to isolate the quads over the glutes.

Don't worry about it
Unless your ass is like J-Lo's, don't worry. When you cut down, you will be amazed how much smaller it gets. I used to think my butt was too big, but when I cut down, I thought it was too small! Now I am doint deep squats and lunges to get them butt muscles growin'.

i have the same "problem". Think it has something to do with my butt cheeks being my injection site all the time?

Somebody told me to not spread my legs to much when i squat.. that could stop you butt from growing anymore..
Try and see... Has not worked for me, but for others..

I found that sticking in my glutes did result in a type of "growth." It was mostly just from the repeated trauma of sticking in the same place. Once I stopped though, it went away. Is the growth on your butt mostly laterally?
