is this too much overtraining, am i stopping myself from growing, should i add other excersizes to my biceps?

it's like you do every possible exercise for your chest and triceps.
but everyone is different. you should just find something that works. maybe cut out a few exercises for a few weeks and see how that goes.
might want to also readjust your workout schedule. bicep's after a back day / tricep's after a chest day never did me a bit of good.

The chest, biceps and triceps are small muscle groups compared with legs and back. 10-12 sets max for chest, 6-9 sets for bi's/tri's/delts, 10-14 sets for back and legs works best for me
Of course this all depends on how many calories and how many hours of sleep I'm getting.

i never knew many bicep excersizes, can someone list more?
