stectching really sore muscles
Do you or don't you? I know it hurts like hell if i try to strecth out my legs the day after i do my leg day at the gym. Is it good to strecth your muscles when they are sore or wait till they are back to normal and stretch them?

Stretching will help eleviate the soreness. I try to do it twice a day after those leg workouts. Stick with static (?) strecthing though...Not sure if thats the right word, but I'm referring to the ones that don't have jerky, forced movements.

Stretching is under used by weight lifter in general. Before and after, just for a little while should help with some of the stiffness and pain.

stretching is a must in my book, just dont overdo it

definately... if i didn't stretch when i was sore i'd be stuck! just be careful to stretch slowly and not to the point of that scary kind of pain

stretching brings oxygen to the soar muscle which in turn helps you heal the muscle. Its a good thing but lol when i stretched my soar legs the next day i couldnt walk at all heh
