When doin db presses for shoulders do ya'll ever get a spot. My strength has gone threw the roof here recently and I cant get the 95lb db's over my head and it sucks. I finally did it but lookd like a **** fool bouncing them on my knees till I threw it up high enough anyone have a soulution to this? I can press it jus fine just gettin in that position sucks

I lift them into position while I am standing, and then sit down with the weight.

usually get a spot for those and dumbbell presses (incline or flat) for the first push up.

I agree with standing up then sit down.
