I think I'm lacking lower chest development

as you can see on the top pose, it appears as though I have a pretty bad "chicken" chest appearence... and I don't have much definition on the lower pecs...
i've been liftin for a bit over 3 years, n' I was told its not very necessary to do decline, so its something I've never done often... so...
1. does it appear as though I am lacking in that area, if so what exercises should i do to improve it...
and..
2. if not, should I just keep on doing what i'm doing and will it eventually sculpt itself w/ gravity in time?
