I think I'm lacking lower chest development
as you can see on the top pose, it appears as though I have a pretty bad "chicken" chest appearence... and I don't have much definition on the lower pecs...
i've been liftin for a bit over 3 years, n' I was told its not very necessary to do decline, so its something I've never done often... so...
1. does it appear as though I am lacking in that area, if so what exercises should i do to improve it...
and..
2. if not, should I just keep on doing what i'm doing and will it eventually sculpt itself w/ gravity in time?

i always throw em in at the end of my workout just to hit the lower portion....i usually use the hammer machine for decline...

definatley throw some decline DB presses or some dips in there.....
