    I think I'm lacking lower chest development



    as you can see on the top pose, it appears as though I have a pretty bad "chicken" chest appearence... and I don't have much definition on the lower pecs...

    i've been liftin for a bit over 3 years, n' I was told its not very necessary to do decline, so its something I've never done often... so...

    1. does it appear as though I am lacking in that area, if so what exercises should i do to improve it...

    and..

    2. if not, should I just keep on doing what i'm doing and will it eventually sculpt itself w/ gravity in time?

    it varies...

    depending on how i'm feeling... some days it'll be this:

    flat barbell press: 135 14x, 225 8x, 245 4x, 255 3x (that is what i got last time)
    incline dumbbell press: 65 12x, 80 10x, 90 7x, 100 5x
    flat dumbbell flies: 35 12x, 45 10x, 50 10x, 55 8x
    cable crossovers

    some days i'll substitute the first exercise with flat dumbbell press instead of bar, then for 2nd exercise (incline) i'll do bar instead of dumbbells, then for 3rd exercise i'll do incline dumbbell flies

    i always throw em in at the end of my workout just to hit the lower portion....i usually use the hammer machine for decline...

    definatley throw some decline DB presses or some dips in there.....
